Can I bring my children to Paris?Updated 3 months ago

Embarking on a family adventure to Paris? At The Tour Guy, we're committed to ensuring your experience in this captivating city is not only delightful but also family-friendly. Here are some essential tips for an unforgettable journey with your little ones:

1. Family-Friendly Tours:

Explore our curated family-friendly tours designed to captivate and entertain children. Look for interactive activities and guides skilled in engaging young minds. You know your children best- so keep that in mind when selecting the tours that work best for you! Check out our Best Paris Tours.

2. Weather-Appropriate Attire:

Ensure your children are dressed comfortably for the day's activities, considering Paris’ unpredictable weather. Comfortable footwear is essential for exploring the city's charming streets and attractions. With all the walking there is to do in this magical city, comfortable footwear is a must!

3. Snacks and Hydration:

Pack snacks and a reusable water bottle to keep your little ones energized throughout the day. Some museums have bag restrictions, so make sure you check your voucher for more detailed information if you have questions regarding this.

4. Stroller-Friendly Routes:

If traveling with young children, you may be considering bringing a stroller or carrier to move with ease throughout your tours. Please keep in mind that most of our tours include lots of walking and stairs. Please note that this may make it difficult to lug around a heavy stroller. We recommend small, compact umbrella strollers or a simple carrier. If you are on a small group tour, the guide will not be able to make special accommodations or requests and will need to keep the pace for the entire group. If you do plan on using a stroller, please let us know at the time of the booking so that we can make sure your tour runs flawlessly. If you’d prefer a more personalized tour where you can set the pace and take routes designed for the use of strollers, we highly recommend booking one of our awesome Private Tours

5. Safety First:

Emphasize the importance of safety with your children, especially in crowded areas, and ensure that your family knows a designated meeting point in case anyone gets separated. Paris is notorious for pickpockets, so make sure you remain aware of your surroundings and keep your belongings close to you and out of reach.
