At The Tour Guy, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. To cancel a tour booked through our website, follow the steps below. Please note that some tours may have special cancellation policies, and cancellations may not be possible for certain bookings. 

1. Login to Your Account  

Login to your account on our website here. If you haven't created an account, you will need to sign up using the email address you used for your booking. 

2. Navigate to 'My Orders': 

Once logged in, locate the 'My Orders' section. This is typically found in the user account dashboard at the top of the webpage.  

3. Navigate to 'Upcoming Bookings': 

In this section, you will see a list of your bookings future reservations. 

4. Find The Tour You Need to Cancel

Click on the specific booking you want to cancel. Check the title, date, time, and number of participants to ensure if the tour you wish to cancel. 

5. Click the 'Details' Button to Expand Your Options

6. Click the 'Cancel Tour' Button

This button can be found at the bottom of the tour's details. 

7. Complete The Cancellation Form

Confirm that you would like the to cancel and select the reason from menu options. Then click 'Cancel Tour' to confirm. 

8. Confirmation 

Upon successful cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation message and email with any relevant details regarding refunds or credits, if applicable. You will now see your tour as canceled in the 'Order History' section and it will no longer appear in the 'Upcoming Tour' section.

9. Rebook! 

Make sure to reserve next tour for a new date, time, or number of people. Explore our many exciting destinations here!
