How do I book a tour?

1. Find Your Perfect Tour

• Head to thetourguy.com
• Use the top menu or search bar to browse by city, country, or tour type
• Filter by price, reviews, or most popular, to narrow your choices

• Click on any tour title to see full details, reviews, photos, and availability

2. Select a Date and Group Size

• Once you’ve chosen a tour, click the big red button or scroll to the "Select participants and date" section.

• Select your preferred date, available dates will be shown with a price while date with with a dash are unavailable.

• Choose the number of people joining the tour, ensure to select the correct age group for your guests.

• Click “check available tours” to continue

• Select the start time that works best for you, some dates may have only one, multiple, or no availability

• Check the per person and total price and click "Add tour to Cart" to continue

3. Go to Checkout

• If you're happy with your cart, click "Go to Checkout" to book your tours

•If you still want to shop, navigate to the other tours you'd like to browse or click "Continue Exploring"

4. Once at Checkout Add Guest Details

• Enter your contact information (email, phone, name)
• Fill in the names of other guests, if needed
• Let us know any special requests or needs (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility concerns)

4. Review and Pay Securely

• Double-check your tour details, date, and total price
• Enter your payment information (we accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay)
• Hit “Complete Booking”—and you’re all set! 🎉

5. Check Your Email

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important info:

Meeting point details
What to bring
Cancellation policy
Contact info in case you need help
