Refunds are processed automatically within 5-7 business days if you cancel within the cancellation policy. If it’s been more than 7 days since your request, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team using the contact form below.

If you used a gift card or credit, those funds will be returned to your credit balance within 48 hours. You can check your balance by visiting your account and navigating to the "Gift Cards" tab.
