Here’s a quick guide on how to change your tour date with two simple options. Keep in mind that certain tours, like Colosseum Tours or Private, may have special terms and conditions, so be sure to review those before making any changes.

Option 1: Change Your Tour Date via ‘My Orders’ on Our Website

The fastest and easiest way to change your reservation is to cancel and rebook using the My Orders on our website.

1. Confirm Availability

Before proceeding with the cancellation, check the availability for your preferred new date and start time to ensure your desired slot is open.

2. Log In to Your Account

Visit our website and log in to your account. Go to ‘My Orders’ to view your upcoming tours. Select the tour you need to change, follow the cancellation process, and then proceed to rebook the tour for your desired date.

3. Rebook for the New Date

After confirming availability and canceling the current booking, rebook the tour for your preferred date by following the usual booking steps.
