I am running late for my experience. What do I do?Updated 8 months ago

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, and if you find yourself running late for your scheduled tour, we are here to help! Here's a quick guide on what to do to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your fellow travelers. It is important to note that all of our tours use timed ticket entrance, meaning the tickets must be used at a specific time. Therefore, the guide is unable to wait more than 5 minutes for late customers.  

Step 1: Check Your Voucher:

Refer to the voucher you received upon booking for important information, including the tour start time and meeting point. It's essential to be aware of these details to plan your arrival accordingly. You’ll see that the voucher recommends to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Please allow extra time for travel, especially if you are using public transportation! 

Step 2: Reach Out to Us: 

If you realize you'll be running late, the best course of action is to contact us as soon as possible. You can find our contact number on the voucher along with our email, [email protected]. Give us a call and inform our support team about your situation. They are here to assist you and will provide guidance based on the specific circumstances. While we can’t guarantee to reconnect you with your tour if you will be more than 5 minutes late, we will try our hardest to get you there.  

Step 3: Provide Details: 

When reaching out to us, please be ready to provide details about your booking, such as the tour name, date, and your booking reference number. This information will help us locate your reservation quickly and provide you with the necessary assistance. 

While we recommend arriving on time for the best experience, we understand that delays can happen. By following these steps and reaching out to us promptly, we'll do our best to assist you and ensure you can join the tour smoothly. Your satisfaction and enjoyment of the tour are our top priorities, so don't hesitate to contact us if you find yourself running late.
