Please ensure you are at the correct meeting location or pickup area listed on your voucher. Please also ensure that you are there at the correct time, we encourage all particiapnts to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour to ensure a prompt start. Double-check the phone number and email you gave when booking in case the driver or The Tour Guy is trying to reach you. If you're still unable to locate your driver or guide, please call the number listed on your voucher.
