TTG Rewards Program: Gift Card Terms & ConditionsUpdated a day ago

These terms govern the issuance and use of gift cards received through the The Tour Guy (TTG) Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms.

Non-Transferable

The gift card balance is strictly associated with your registered TTG user account and linked email address. It cannot be transferred or gifted to another person or account.

Redemption

To view and redeem your gift card balance, you must be logged into your TTG account. The balance can be applied to eligible new bookings during checkout during the payment step.

No Retroactive Use

Gift cards and reward balances are only valid for new purchases and bookings. They cannot be applied to previous purchases, existing bookings, or bookings already in progress. 

Expiration Date

All gift card rewards have a set expiration date. The exact expiration date will be clearly noted in your account balance. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a tour that was partially or fully paid for using your Rewards balance, the portion of the reward balance used will be returned to your customer account.

Expiration Extension (Cancellation)

If the original expiration date of the returned reward balance has already passed upon cancellation, a 30-day extension will be applied to the returned balance from the date of the cancellation refund.

Issuance Limits

All reward types are strictly limited to one issuance per user across the lifetime of the account. Rewards cannot be earned more than once.

Program Changes

TTG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
