While these events are beyond our control, we want to provide you with some guidance to help you plan accordingly. 

Recommendations for a Seamless Experience: 

Stay Updated: Keep yourself informed by staying updated on local news and transportation announcements, especially leading up to your tour date. 

Allocate Extra Time: Due to the possibility of delays, we strongly advise allocating extra time for travel to ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time. 

Our Commitment to Punctuality: 

Rest assured, our tours are designed to run on time. We use timed entrance tickets for attractions, ensuring that your experience remains unaffected by any transportation issues. 

Important Arrival Policy: 

Arrival Time: Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as indicated in your tour confirmation. 

Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate arrivals later than 5 minutes past the tour start time. To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend allowing extra time for unexpected delays. 

Larger Delays:

In the case of larger events, such as races or significant gatherings, we are committed to providing you with as much advanced warning as possible. This will allow you to make necessary adjustments to your travel plans and arrive on time for your scheduled tour.
