What time do I meet for my tour?Updated 9 days ago
The start time for your tour varies by location and specific tour. To ensure a smooth start to your experience, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This allows for check-in and gives you time to meet your guide and fellow travelers. Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time, and we want to make sure you don’t miss a moment of your adventure!
You can find the starting time for your booked tour on your voucher.
You can access your voucher to find your start time in two ways:
Log in To Your Account
You can access your voucher at any time by logging into your account. From there, visit Upcoming Tours and click “Get Voucher” to download your voucher.
Didn't set up an account yet? No problem, you can create one any time on our sign-up page. Ensure you used the same email to sign up as you did when you made your booking.
By Email
You can find your voucher in the confirmation email sent from [email protected] at the time of booking. If you don’t see it in your primary inbox, be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
