Credit Card Payments
If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, your refund will be automatically processed via the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it reflected on your account within 5-7 business days. If has been more than 7 days since you've requested a refund, please contact our Customer Experience Team via the contact form below.
Gift Cards and Credits
Please keep in mind, that if you paid using a gift card or credit, those funds will be returned to your credit balance. Visit your account and navigate to the gift cards tab to check your credit balance.
