Lost your voucher or confirmation email? Wonder where to download your voucher?

Following your booking, you can expect to receive an email within 5 minutes containing your receipt and voucher confirmation. Please check your spam folder or the ‘promotions’ tab, as our emails may occasionally land there. Search for [email protected] to quickly pull it up. 

Online

If you did not receive an email confirmation, you can you can log into your account on our website and head to My Orders, where you can access and download your vouchers whenever you wish, even if you can't find your original email. 

Sign Up

Even if you didn't create an account before booking, sign-up for one using the same email on the reservation and you'll be able to find your voucher and manage your reservation through My Orders.
